Welcome to Cornerstone Covenant Church!

Whether you are brand new or “new-ish,” we hope that you will find this page helpful. There are many ways to develop friendships and participate in mission here in our little church family. The Father is always at work, and we see it all the time at the corner of Christoffersen Pkwy and Crowell Rd. If you would like more information, or for someone on staff to reach out, please complete the “Tell Us Who You Are” form below.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens at a Worship Service?

Worship is an encounter with the Living God! We provide opportunities to connect with Him through music, prayer and a message from the Bible.

What programs do you offer for children during the Worship Service?

We have three classes for young children: Nursery (newborn - 2 years), Preschool (3 - 5 years), and Children’s Church (K - 3rd grade). Kids are checked in and picked up at their classroom. Greeters in the lobby can help point you in the right direction, or just head down the hall on the right after entering the front doors. The only exception is on the first Sunday of the month when K - 3rd grade joins the Worship Service for “Family Sunday.”

Is there anything to support a child with special needs?

When you enter the front doors, there is a “Sensory Corner” to the right. It has headphones, fidgets, coloring pages, and alternative seating. That being said, we would be so honored to help with any specific needs. If you would like to plan a visit and have any concerns, please reach out to Kc at welcome@cornerstonecov.org. She is the founder and Executive Director of the Turlock Autism Group, and an amazing resource for us!

How long does the Worship Service typically last?

Church is more than a building or even a Worship Service…..Church is the PEOPLE. So, we keep things short and sweet in hopes that everyone will leave space for connection with one another. The average length of our service is one hour.

What should I wear?

At Cornerstone, our hope is that we keep our focus on Jesus and not on what people are wearing…or anything else about someone’s physical appearance! You will find some people enjoy dressing up, while others come in jeans and t-shirts. Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable and at home.

Where do I go after parking?

You can enter the main room through the double doors on the southeast corner of the building. OR, when the weather is good you will find the large doors on the south side of the building wide open. You might even see seating outside!

How can I get more involved?

Our Current Announcements are always on the website and the QR Code around the church building typically has opportunities to sign-up for. Some easy (non-commital) ways to drop-in and learn more are:

  • Show up at 9am on Sundays and hang out/help with the set-up crew

  • Stop in on the second Saturday of the month for our regular event with the Turlock Community Garden

  • Join us for lunch following the Worship Service whenever there is a 5th Sunday
